Question Gearing?

Does anybody know how to change the gearing of the transmission?(specifically just reverse) I want my reverse gear to be as low as my low gear because this is when the belt slips the most.

gear reduction kit from stateline customs, but it isn't just reverse. It lowers, low, high and reverse

x2, but these bike will smoke the belt a lot easier in reverse, when I did the vfj mod and took out the reverse limiter it cut down on it tremendously. But it was still to much for my liking. Gear reduction solved my problems. You can still smoke the belt, but now I know that it is going to happen...lol
