muzzy pro wrap ?

im swaping out my std muzzy for muzzy pro on my 840 build,should i wrap headpipes.i hate wrap,it itches the crap out of me,hard on pipes too,but i guess its better than burnt harnass though. any suggestions

I heard there are no heat issues on the 09s. I was told NOT to wrap them.

Wraped mine & sprayed them.Set a fan up to pull smell away. Has smelled bad for a coupole days whem hot. But inside heat is a lot less. Worth the trouble. I thank.pro,s have less heat than standard. The way it runs across bottom, sound Is crazy. four stroke tech best price!

I just mine heat treated and they are nice will post pics later in the week... Its OK to wrap...

The reason to wrap the 08 models was the heat in the cab, 09 models didn't get as in cab due to changes in vehicle itself but wrap was a good idea on front header due to how close it was to engine parts.

Now the std and the pro pipe go are routed where the stock one is and no wrap would be needed in my opinion.

You don't have to wrap if you don't want to, but be sure to run that metal cover and heat shield and the wire insulator stuff. Got them installed already, everything go smooth.

LIke I said I wraped And sprayed my pro's. YesterdayI rode about 30 miles mostley tight woods. About 5 miles on a atv trail. I am so glad I wraped my pipes . Almost no heat in the cab.Well worth the 55.00. Man runs strong but they are loud. Ordered some wisper cores,
