Evans waterless coolant?

Has anybody used this stuff in thier rex. I had it in an old truck with overheating issues and it worked awesome. Only thing is it is supposed to use a low pressure rad cap ( 0 - 7psi) stock cap is 13-18psi. Would leaving it open release enough pressure or does anybody know where to get a low pressure cap, should just check with a rad shop I guess.

We have used it for the past 10 years now,and wouldn't run anything else. Just use your stock cap it is fine.

I just purchased a Muzzy dual exhaust and a MSD. I have not had the temp light come on yet, but I can feel the heat coming off the engine being much hotter. Also it died on me when idling after riding for about 30 min on trails. It did start right up and I rushed back home. I notice more backfiring with the new Muzzy also. My question is whats better, (Evans coolant or Engine ice) and do you think this will solve my problems? Also how much of this stuff do I need to purchase to fill it up? Will I need to purchase more aftermarket parts to cool it down.

Thank you

I'm sure the coolant is good stuff, we race cross country in our Teryx and just use plain ole anti-freeze no issues

I have heard good things about it, however, never have used it personally, been meaning to though.

Have used water wetter in the past in my banshee and it made a difference.

If I remember correctly, currently I am running Royal Purple.

I just installed my muzzy. The driver seat got pretty hot. Took the wind shield off, and what a difference. My seat wasn't hot at all. Are you running a wind shield?

spray the header pipes with ceramic paint and wrap the pipes with heat wrap.
