Las vegas 840

Hello all,
i have an 08 teryx with muzzy, dynatek cdi, hunterworks carb kit and od plate. Im out in vegas working for one of the shows out here. Was wondering, does anyone have or know where they build these bad boys? One i can go see in real life and ask some questions? Will trade tickets to show for answers or a ride in one. Thanks again.

Welcome to the site. There are a few in Vegas I know off. One big build getting finished up real soon. Maybe they will post up or PM you.

Answers on here are free. (Well they cost you lots of money in parts. lol). Lots of people here will help you spend your money. Its only how big do you want to go and how much $ you have to spend.

i was skeptical too...but i finally took the bait and got the fst 840 kit ...and i can honestly say after many times tuning the carbs.....it is a complete different machine.well worth it.especially after i busted a new arctic cat prowler 1000 this weekend with ease.

I can remember all the members names that have my 840's on here, but you might ask over on the other Teryx forum I think there are more Vegas guys over there from what I remember.

Hey Whitey do you still have that problem like when you said you were riding with your friend and could not stop from just stoping in the middle of a trail and just nailing it or did your adrinalin finally adjust to the power. lol

Have you considered doing it yourself? Merlin and I are doing both ours at the same time. If you have some tools and you get a service manual $12 you could do it yourself and save a grand or two.. It is alot of work.. If you work a normal job give yourself about 3 weeks.. Working on it on the weekends and a little after work. It can get a little stressfull But , it is rewarding knowing you did it. And you know it was done right. The funny thing is that I am more worried about getting the carbs dialed in than the actual build And I have an air/fuel gauge.. I will have mine done this weekend and will update my build thread with times 200ft ,500ft v/s before I big bored. So you should see real numbers to show the diffrence. That would give you almost as good as a test drive
