Question Jetting Help!

ok, so here is what I have... 08' teryx with dynatech cdi, uni filter for stock air filter, 2 bros dual exhausts. I have the dynajet kit and have it set to their specs, but it has a low end bog and sputter.
I have 134/138 main jets, 2 groove on slide, and springs installed.
Any ideas on what I should do? Maybe pilot jets??

Describe your sputter a little better. Exactly where does it occur? Where is your foot on the pedal when it does it?

It occurs right when I hit the gas. It kind of bogs then sputters. Then about half throttle it starts to sound better. Maybe needle postion??

I know you want an easy fix, and you can probably get it close and run. It sounds like you need to move the needle clip up one spot because your running rich.. But it is not that much money to buy and air fuel gauge and jet to your bike. You can take two 08 Teryx's with the same mods and same location and they will be different in jetting. After my 840 build I hooked up my air fuel gauge and jetted.. It took me 20 min to get it right on. If I did not have that gauge I would still be guessing and fighting it. Put it to you this way, I was told by FST to base jet one way and somebody with the same mods and same area was just the opposite with a air/fuel gauge. I ended up being somewhere in the middle of the two extremes. Good luck.

so i moved the pin all the way up on the needle. mid range seems to be better, but it doesnt rev out like it use to. So im guessing bigger main jets?? It also has a backfire on the down rev....

You said when you hit the gas, are you pushing it to the floor when it sputters or partial throttle?
