Mickey, I posted a new thread but do you have any install instructions you can share? I would like to study up and see how hard the install is prior to committing the cash. Thanks

Hey Sleepy, don't worry about the install too much. I was a little worried about doing it myself also, as the fuely has a lot of wires and hoses and junk. But once you shelf the paranoia and get into it it isn't that bad. As long as you have a reasonable amount of mechanical ability and the proper tools (torque wrench, valve spring compressor, and feeler guages) you will be fine. If you want a diagram of the install check out the online manual that Longtravel industries (I think is them) has on their website. Good luck.

You will need some bigger main jets (#165-180)and go back to your stock needles.A clutch kit,Dalton or VFJ. Every thing else is good!

90% of my customers do it them selves. Cam timing is the only big deal, and yes I send the page out of the shop book on how to time them in,but it would be a good idea to have a shop book of your own for any other questions you may have. And you can always call me,or PM me any questions you may have.Best thing to do is just get in there and do it,the fear will go a way real quick.

for the std bore kit, I have the vfj clutch mod, his secondary also, is that adequate or do you actually need the kit from him with the new found power? Have plans for the muzzy's as well, they were first inline but this is quite tempting.

Yes I know how much they are.My first King Rancher was $50,000 in 04',then the next one was $55,000,now they are $62,000 somethingThere is no way it cost $12000 more 6 years later to build this one, that's $2000 higher each year!

I should have just bought the trailer back from you,it was perfect for me,and it matches the new truck better then the other one did.

Anyway kits are selling OK,maybe better then I thought, but I'll be out of cams by the end of the day,and I have 7 Muzzy pros to order but I think there are still on back order too.
