That is easy.. 840 bigbore kit Or you can save $ 500 bucks and get a standard bore with about 8hp less and less tourqe. Either one will be the most hp for your $$. The big bore was about the same price as pipe, clutch and cdi.. I gained about 9 to 12 RW hp with the pipe, clutch cdi and jetting. I gained another 27 RW HP with the 840 stage III cams..

I want to go that route, but thinking of getting a long travel first. How reliable is the 840 bigbore? Any problems? Will the 840 make the Teryx Wheelie? lol

The dynatek CDI is for the 08 carb models, MSD for EFI and we pre-program it for you.

Too many opinions on engine kits that you will NEVER get an answer.

I'm a standard bore kind of person. In my "opinion" not totally 100% factual I think they are harder to tune, run hotter and cost more. It would also cost you even more to get the most out of it.

I'd recommend a turbo kit from MCX-USA if you want the most possible power bang for the buck. You can use your MSD with it, but the exhaust wouldn't be needed. It produces 90-95 rwhp on high octane pump gas.

I would suggest an over drive plate if you want to gain some top speed without any affect on other peformance for 125.00-185.00 deppenping on whos plate or you can go with the vforce john mod for 350.00 and it will include machining the plate along with other clutch peformance improvements

Hunterworks - Thanks for the info
Raven -That turbo is sweet! Maybe in the future!
DASA - There's so many long travel kits i can't make up my mind. I think the price will end up steering me a certain way.
Bigdaddy - yeah im definitely going to put an OD plate.. Dasa quoted me a good price on one.
