DOONZ Paddles

Is anyone running the 8-Paddle Doonz tires? I'm considering switching from my Skats due to tire damage from small rocks. I think the molded Doonz might be a little tougher. I realize they won't hook quite as well as my 7-Paddle Extremes.
Also I'll be running with my stock 26" fronts. The Doonz only come in 25.5, but I'm thinking it shouldn't cause a problem. Any thought on the mismatched size by 1/2"?

The Doonz actually have more bite than the 7 paddle extremes because they are a wider foot print and 8 paddles. Stockers may do better with scats, but if you have motor work the doonz will work good. Highth wise they are very close and no problems running different size tires. We have them at a good price.

Thumbs up

I have the doonz tires and they have been great. In fact I got mine from Greg at unleashed and his prices were good.

You should look into the sand tire unlimited sand blaster's I haven't got a chance to get them for mine yet but I know two friends run them in Oregon and the will climb anything and have great flotation witch is what these need more then anything. Plus you can custom cut the paddles and there is 2 size paddles that they come with then you can pick from the tall or short paddles.

I'm interested in purchasing a set with .190 rims as well. Please let me know what the price would be shipped to 95112.

The doonz have great flotation as well. And on the note that you can climb anything with them you can do that with stock tires if you have enough power.

Yes I have the fronts and I have the enduro bead locks. Seems to be a great setup.

I appreciate all of the feedback. After reading about 100 reviews, as well as talking to a couple buds ... I think I'm going to stick with my 7-paddle Skat-Trak Extremes. I've had good luck with them except for one sidewall tear ... but that would have torn any tire.
