Hi, this is my first post here hopefully you guys can help me out a little.

i have a custom 2 seater buggy constructed by a kawasaki engineer using 100% kawasaki parts. teryx750 engine and chasis.

he put allot of time into the thing. but the carbs need to be re-jetted.
it has a custom 2 into 1 exhaust (headers are About 3 feet and 4 feet long) almost a foot different from one another. does that matter?

the air filter box is removed and has a K&n filter in a position where it gets more than enough air flow.

i heard stock jet size is 135 and 140, i need to do a little trial and error, what would you guys suggest starting out with? (jet sizes)

Sounds like you need a air fuel guage for sure. The exhaust that has the shorter pipe may be running lean from what i have learned (if i am correct) unless it is all runing fat because of the loinger pipe. Im sure an expert on this will chime in. Good luck
