need some jetting help

OK i have a 2008 teryx heres the mods i no of.
DASA 840cc
stage 3 cams
Dynatek FS ignition
DASA full ex
DASA port work with big valves
Dalton clutch
K&N air filter with outer ware
front and rear carb have 190 main 38s slow jets and the needle for the front carb has NFCH stamp on it and the rear carb needle has N3RL each with 3 washers under them. (both do not have the clips ) air screws were 3/4 turn out.
And heres my dilema it runs awesome with no quite cores. but when i install them it runs like crap at 1/4 to 3/4 throttle so i called DASA and talk to them
they told me to try dropping the needle so i started by dropping 1 washer at a time and dropped all of them it got better but still cuts out 1/4 to 3/4 but will clean out on top i think i need to drop the main but not sure how many. any one have a good starting point ?

thanks

If it was me I would put a air/fuel ratio gauge on it. Too much money in it to leave it to guessing.

It is very hard to get every miss and hiccup out of a carb bike especially a highly modified one. The spot where you transitioning from idle mixture to the needles is a rough spot to get smooth

Your idle mixture screws should be more like 3 turns out too.

That's a loaded question!! LOL

Best, hmmm???

We sell one I really like, not the cheapest but it is one of the best values for one that is heated and is a wideband. If the gauge you buy does not have those features your wasting your money.
