New to Forum

I would like to introduce myself... I'm ET2 and am in the process of custom building a new 2009 Teryx Monster. I'm putting Todds polished aluminum cage, top and bumpers in it. Also installing the total muzzy package including 840 kit, CDI, exhaust and breather. Dalton Clutch, New custom seats, 27" chrome SS wheels and tires, killer sounds with Tubbies / subs and tons of billet. Warn 3500lb winch and much more...

Almost broke.....

Might want to hold off on the engine kit. Without a ignition for the EFI version you might run into problems or at the very least not get as much out of it.

Thanks for the heads up! I'm installing the Dynatech EFI controller (just came out) is that what you're referring to?

No, that is for fuel only. We have had issues with their fuel controllers and prefer not to sell them.

No one has a ignition out yet.

Sorry I was wrong, this is it....

Muzzy Digi-Tune available for the 2009 Kawasaki Teryx

Taking air/fuel tuning to the next level, the Muzzy Digi-Tune uses the latest technology to provide one of the easiest and most accurate methods of tuning your fuel injected quad.

Every Muzzy Digi-Tune comes pre-programmed and optimized for each model. There is no mapping or re-mapping necessary. Adjustments for elevation and/or modifications can be done "on-the-fly" using three buttons on the faceplate.

WHY IT'S BETTER:
The Digi-Tune is a load based fuel adder which works with the factory ECU. The Digi-Tune's simple push button interface and powerful load based technology renders complex table-based throttle position and RPM re-mapping systems a thing of the past.

LOAD BASED TUNING:
The Digi-Tune ushers in the latest in tuning science – gone is the old throttle position and RPM (Alpha-N) based tuning, replaced by a powerful and highly effective LOAD BASED tuning methodology. Load based tuning is superior to old school systems because different gears place different loads on the engine. RPM and throttle position based systems cannot tell the difference between first or fifth gear. The Digi-Tune knows the difference and adds the proper amount of fuel for every gear, every situation.

Sounds like a killer combo. I went with the FST Std bore Kit to save a little money, but I am sure that Rob Muzzy makes a KILLER 840 kit. Congratulations on the new machine, sounds like it is gonna ROCK!! Welcome to TeryxHQ!!

Thanks Magellan much appreciated!

Hunterworks, do you see any issues with the Muzzy Digi-Tune?

It is still just a fuel only controller. I'm sure they are fine for the fuel.
