Tennessee Engine Builder????

Anyone know of a good engine builder close to Knoxville, TN? I am pretty sure I could do a standard bore kit, but not too sure on the 840. So I think I would either like to talk to a shop or someone that lives close that has done one that could help out either here or at their place. Anyone? I am not ready just yet, more or less just trying to get all my ducks lined up first.
Thanks

Its really not any difference in the two, only difference is you send your cylinders to be bored and nicasiled, everything is pretty much the same

having just posted that, i remembered that the cylinders have to be bored and replated.....

wonder if a standard bore is more practical for the woods? when riding, we almost never even see 30mph..

sleepy I have a set of cylinders I could sell you and you could have bored ahead of time, and you would not have to worry about core charge and sell yours after your build , just a thought.

That might not be practical. Hurry jobs don't normally work out. And you almost never have all the parts because something will be discovered in the process.

Most likely it would stay here about two weeks. It could be dropped off on the weekend and picked back up on the weekend if we arranged the pick up.

I don't think I am quite yet willing to invest 32 total driving hours just yet. I would have more money in gas and lost time than the job would cost.

YOu could pull the engine and ship it.

Also be prepared depending on what parts you have already you could spend $2000 to $3000 after it is all said and done.
