Hi folks , I have a 2010 Teryx 750 Sport. I bought it in baskets with a bad crank.
The engine is rebuilt and running well. It looks like the primary and secondary clutch is not properly aligned. This is my first Kawasaki. The primary is close to a half inch closer to the engine case then the secondary , The belt is on an angle when running any RPM . I have looked at many forums and websites and see any mention of alignment for these UTVs .
The manual refers to to “Drive pulley installation length” it looks like the fixed sheave (closest to the case) remains in the same position. The secondary fixed sheave is on a threaded hub, which may permit some adjustment. The assemblies appear to be the correct ones (can’t verify pt #s) . Any info or pointers you have would be greatly appreciated.
