I just picked up my new Teryx!!!!! What is a good list of accessories for on it? I was thinking a roof for sure. I need to see how to mount my Warn winch on the front. Not sure what else........

Also, who are good places to buy from? My dealer said they would match online prices, but they don't have anything in stock yet.

Thanks,
Weazer

Well lets start off with something. Are you keeping the stock cage? I am assuming since you did not get the roof that you have a standard model?

For accessories, I would say the LED display (on backorder now)

Lets first determine what you are looking to accomplish, what sort of riding do you do?

Also, if you keep an eye on the build we are doing on our Teryx, that could help you our with accessories for your machine.

We just installed an HID kit...very much worth the money.

I know that I have offered this before, but think about Plexiglass (no I am not a plexiglass salesman LOL), but you could use a sheet for a homemade windshield, put hinges on it and cut to any height and hinge it like a Jeep. A flat sheet would make an excellent roof. only 1/4 or 1/2 inch clearance difference. The last one I made, I used a torch for the front and back for a drop overhang. They make great doors that you could see through for rock crawling or just winding through the woods and the best part is the expense. Can't believe noone else thought of this.

It is the standard model. I was thinking about leaving the cage stock, unless someone has a reason not too.

Well lets see. It will be mainly for trail riding/hunting, we live out in the country and can pretty much go anwhere we want. I would like to maximize cargo/storage as much as possible.

Performance wise, well It really depends. I don't think I really need any upgrades for it unless someone says "its" a must have. I was thinking my money would be better spent elsewhere on the machine.

I think I will leave the tires/rims stock for now. I do know that I will do a roof, possibly the windsheild and install my winch on the front. I was thinking about mounting a winch on the rear as well. I am going to install my battery tender and GPS as well.

I was thinking a better bumper assembly that I can mount a couple extra lights too. I don't think I will be able to install any about the roof due to to garage door height. I might want a rear bumper assembly as well. Hopefully some companys will start making these items soon.

A final thing that I can think that I would to do is put a snow plow on it, but I don't have to worry about that for a while.

So, let me know what you think.

Thanks,
