Have to put it out there again for Crow Enterprizes, one of my lap belts dropped into the engine area and I did not know it...drove it around the block and noticed quite the interesting smell. Well wouldn't you know it, belt melted on the exhaust. So obviously I needed a new belt, called up Crow to order one, they asked my CC info, not thinking anything of it I ask how much it was, he said, don't worry about it, I will just charge you for the shipping and give you the belt. Thought that was pretty damn cool of them :good:

You know what, I have been really impressed with them twice now...they really stand up and support their product, but honestly, these last two incidents had nothing to do with them...they were items that were not paid attention to.

I bought some Crow belts from a shop and I installed the lap belts without looking at the harness parts. When I went to put on the harnesses noticed I had 2 different types. Called the shop I purchased them from and they said sorry it's not there problem. Called Crow up and they said sorry and to send them the old ones and they would correct the problem! Nice to know someone out there cares every now and then.

My lap belts were a little small for my big bones. I had to make sure any riding I did was before lunch. I sent an email telling them I needed my lap belts to be a few inches longer. I got a reply with a phone number and said to call Fred and he could hook me up. I called and in one ring I was talking to Fred and he said is this Kevin and I said yes and he already knew who I was and what I needed and he said no problem and charged me $15 for two sets of lap belts shipped to my house. The next day UPS showed up with them. That is awesome! Oh yeah I thought Fred was just some guy that worked there until I saw the shipping label and it said Fred Crow. :good:

I agree

Honestly Crow is the only belts I will use, in fact with exception to my firesuits with are custom made by a local manufacturer (and a friend), all of my safety related products (sans helmet) is from Crow, belts, arm restraints, shoes, drive line restraint, drag link restraint, etc.

The founder of Crow was Bill Simpsons right hand man at Simpson, after Simpson sold, he founded Crow, then Bill Simpson opened Impact. I have found the Crow product and service model to be second to none, they really care about their customers and it shows.

Most racers I know, unless they are sponsored by Simpson, Impact, G Force, etc. use the Crow products, that is not by accident. Simpson has the name recognition, but Crow has the superior product and service.

Obviously I believe in their product as every Saturday night I put my life in their hands.
