Brake Lights

Has anyone noticed that in order to activate the brake lights that it takes a fairly significant push of the brake pedal in order to light them up?

Ya I thought it was kinda odd, will have to look at that and see if there is something that could just use an adjustment.

Mine doesn't do that if you push mine around 1/2 inch it comes on.

Sounds like I need to have some adjustments made.
