Anyone ride here? I live in northeast Ala And am thinking in Dec or January staying in one of their cabins. Maybe a weekend ride. So Any info would help. We mostly ride trails and rocks.

I have ridden there once last year. Very good trails, lots of steep climbs. The cabin at the trails end campground is awesome! It is a great place to ride. I live in IN and get down to that area about once a month. I ride in the WindRock area most of my time down there.

Wind Rock is good, alot of trails, roads, and rocks. Alot of people there on the weekends. There is a camp ground but not sure if there are cabins. My buddy lives in Oliver springs so we just ride from his house to the trails. My preference would be Brimstone.

Brimstone is a great place to ride. In fact it is the reason I switched from sport atv's to a sidexside. I watched a souped up rhino go everywhere while me and my wifes arse's were sore on my 660 Raptor & her Recon. It was the spring of 08 . Got home sold my 4wheelers & bought my Teryx. So, Brimstone holds a special place in my heart. The cabin on the trails for $175 a night is friggen NICE. The trails are awesome, nice hills and plenty of WOW
moments..

wildcat, are there some good trails that a bike could follow a utv on?
I have a buddy we keep talking about going to ride, but need to find a place we both can go and have fun.

If your talking about a motorcycle the answer is YES. 2 wheelers have a ball there too. There were several their when we rode. Actually it will probably be the next big ride we go on. I miss that place.

Windrock has several cabins. They are located just adjacent to the campground. It's a great place to ride. Plenty of challenging trails. The Southern sxs riders will be there in early October for a group ride, Tho' if I had to choose between Brimstone and Windrock it would be Brimstone.

Update! Brimstone has instituted new rules geared towards running TrailsEnd campground out of business. As of this date there is a strong Boycot Brimstone movement in place. A better option is to ride the TWRA trails right from the Trailsend campground, better trails and better people.
