Hello, I recently bought a new 2014 TERYX for the wife (about 3 weeks ago). It was explained about the break in period which me and the wife both adhered to. First weekend went well, and Labor Day weekend we went out 3 days in a row. Nothing major just a little bit of mud and trail riding.......still don't even have scratches yet. On the third day we started having issues. It will start just fine and idle just fine but when you rev up it will start bogging down. Driving is the same, it will do just fine until you hit about ten mph then bog down. I was thinking water in the fuel since it was raining that day and oddly enough I didn't have any issues until I refilled the tank.......bam! Just like that. Aftr we got home and washed it it has sat in the garage for about a week. I started it up today and just out of curiosity I stomped the gas and it revved like a scalded cat, did that 2 more times and it seemed to be just fine. I took it in the yard and within 30 seconds it started bogging down again......adding to my initial diagnosis of h2o. Can anyone confirm that this might actually be water before I start pumping gas? It has a full tank and if it ain't the gas then I don't want to waste it.........if it is the gas then I have no issues giving it back to the gas station that sold it to me. Thank you for you help. I have pumped out a coke bottle full and didn't see any water......letting it settle overnight.

fuel issue

Hey JMitch, check fuel pump and fuel filter as that's what it sounds like. It acts like water in the fuel, limp mode on clutch. My buddy has a 2011, that was doing the same thing. Would run for a bit and then no power, just bog down, will not climb anything, finally checked pump. Flowed good at start but then slowed down and lost pressure. Put a new pump in, problem solved. Seeing it's that new, it should be covered under warranty. Good luck, hope this helps
