NightOWl HID kits vs. Online cheaper Kits

I wanted to post this as I get allot of questions as why our kits are a little more pricey then the online auction style kits out there. The difference is really in quality and customer service. Our Goal is to sell a high quality kit at an affordable price, something that people would be proud to own and easy to put on there ride.

We realize there are less expensive versions of these kits out there on the market. Let me explain the difference..

To do an Apples to Apples Comparison we have to look at the total package..

First - Our kits come Plug n Play. (Others may or may not) No Cutting , Splicing, Gluing, replacing light bezels etc etc..We where the first to do this, others followed.

Second - Our kits come with the 35w slimline ballast. Easier to mount and higher quality then the less expensive standard big ballasts, about the size of a cell phone. ($50 option elsewhere)


Shipping (Included for Forum customers!) - no hidden shipping costs here! Our kits are available for local pickup in Az or shipping included for Forums customers! Also available at dealers in CA., ask for details. (for the same prices I might add, we dont under cut our dealer network.)

Tax - Included for Forum Customers!

Our standard kits - $199 out the door.

Cheaper "online" kits - $135
add $25 for shipping
add $50 for higher quality slimline ballast we use
add tax??
warranty and returns??
TOTAL - Online kit price - $210. hmmm.
