Hey that,s great about the wheels and its good to here from you, As far as the bolt on performance mods you just had to great guys post on that I have bought from both of them and what ever they tell you trust them they are not just going to sell you parts they will help you with tech issues, I have the MSD with Todds map at Hunterworks I also have the Muzzy and I sent my clutch to vforce john and with just those mods I could run 68 mph on the speedo but I don't have all of the wieght like you do. I now have mine torn down doing engine kit from Glenn at AMR. Todd at Hunterworks and Steve at Dasa are the best for what you want. Just give me a shout and we can talk, if you don't still have my # just pm me and I will send my # and we will discuss how to get the most bang for your buck and again its great to hear from you.

Thanks Kim

:rofl[1]:
get the standard bore, easy install! by far the best bang for your buck!
That is funny.. Not laughing at the standard bore just the easy part.. It takes alot of man hours tearing one down that far.. Merlin needs to comment on that  Besides, if your going that far then do the 840 it is the same amount of work ;) That is a whole other debate. Anyways, this guy wants just bolt on performance. I think Todd nailed it on the bolt on stuff.

yea, i read the bolt on part. to me, if you are going to spend $2000 on bolt on's, why not another $600 on a std bore. on my 08, the std bore was by far the best bang for my buck! once you get used to taking the plastics on and off, it isn't that big of a deal! either way, get the vfj clutch mod!!!

If you do VFJ mod you will still need some kind of clutch kit, the VFJ mod is mostly for higher top speeds not much of anything else
i think you need to bite the bullet and have john do a clutch for you, it is not for top end only! he cuts the angles so the motor revs at its peak hp (the key imo) the whole time. he can gear it however you like, and yes you do still need a clutch kit. don't knock it till you try it!!!!!!!

You do still need kit to fine tune but I don't think high speed is the only thing you gain, I have heard numerous guys say that the vforce john mod was the only thing that would stop sliping and belt burning issues on there machines, he changes the degree angle on the sheaths which has nothing to do with top speed but you also eliminate having to buy od plate and if you buy johns tune kit it is like 150.00 less than the dalton so that gets the price more in line with the dalton and od plate which makes yhe total cost of the two less than 100.00

X2 om the try it you will like it. You don't really need cluth kit unless you go big bore. Just change the springs. VFJ rocks!
