Does anyone know if you can put a 2010 teryx motor from Kawasaki into a 2008 model without any modifications? Any information would be great.

Thanks

to be on the safe side, i think you will need to swap flywheels, stators, and stator covers. I am thinking the EFI motors have more sensors and plugs than the Carb. I think the coolant hoses are also bigger.

Thanks guys for the info.

Got some decisions to make. Rex in shop for piston replacements, valve replacement, rod and bearing replacement, drive belt, cam chains, gaskets, seals.... oil change, coolant change...

Got quoted 14hr labor for this job for a grand total of 3g's...Does that sound fair?

IF going back stock that is about $800 too much.
