OK here is where I stand now. My top cylinder will stop firing when I crank it over after about 3 sec. You and stop and re-crank it over and it does the same thing. I have replaced the coil, cut 1/4 of the tip of the plug wire, and still the same thing. I have the Dana non programmable cdi with there coils. This problem just started, I noticed a big lose of power and popping. I started checking and this is where I am at now. Any ideas on what might me the problem. thanks

Test it with the stock cdi to eliminate the Dyna. Are the connections to the coil corroded? That was an issue with mine once.

no they are not corded. I will check with stock box ad see where that leads. It is funny taht it goes out all of a sudden though.

I ran into this chased it forever. The rear cylinders do that on 08 I know for sure. My car was doing the samething with the rear cylinder replaced all the ignition parts then come to find out I checked two of my buddies cars that ran perfect and there's do it also.
