I have a 2009 Teryx.

I was under the impression that when it was in 4 wheel drive with the differential unlocked that only one of the front wheels would pull. If I locked the differential both would pull.

Yesterday my son was watching and said both front wheels were spinning even though it was unlocked. Is it supposed to do that or is there something I need to correct?

BTW we were on snow when we noticed this.

Both front wheels will pull/turn/drive without the difflock being on. They will both spin until one of them has more traction than the other one, then one will stop and the other will spin. With the difflock engaged it locks them up and they spin together (theoretically) :good:
