Hey all,
I've got a 2020 Teryx4 and I did the fuel vent mod. For one reason or another (either the check valve was in backwards or there was a clog somewhere in the vent), as I ran the thing and used up the fuel in the tank, it created a vacuum and pulled the filler neck and cap toward the center of the tank and cracked the the plastic around it. The fuel tank is still sealed and seems like its fine but the cap is not easy to come off as the neck is bent when sucked the cap behind the plastic surrounding it. I will address the vent but my question is mainly in regards to the tank. Is there an easy way to straighten it out? I can get the cap on and off with some wiggling but would like it to return to its original position if possible without replacing the tank.

Wow, this is the first time I've seen this happen. You may have to remove the tank in order to work out the dent.
