I've been working on an 840 kit for a while now. Got everything put together, and my Teryx runs great and sounds even better.

I only have one problem. When I drive it, the cooling system is pressurized from somewhere and all the coolant gets pushed out the overflow catch can.
When it gets low on coolant, it starts to get hot.

I believe it's an issue with the heads, either gaskets, head bolt torque, or possibly the heads them selves.

I wanted to reference my Muzzys instructions for the torque sequence and actual head bolt torque settings. Unfortunately, I cant find the instructions.

Does anyone have a set of Muzzys 840 instructions they can share?

I had same exact problem with mine. Head gaskets were the culprit. I had the cylinders and heads surfaced and all is well now.
