Hello, Bought an '09 teryx last December. Havent used it much yet as it is mostly going to be used for hunting, but it sure is a fun machine to drive! Pulled my buddies Rhino out the other day and now my belt seems to "chatter" when I first get going. Is this normal, or did I screw up the belt?

Any info would be appreciated! Thanks.

Thanks. That's what I was afraid of! Seems like the belt is the "weak" link in the drive train. I guess I'll change the belt and maybe install the Dalton clutch kit as I have read on this sight that it seems to prolong the life of the belt.

Thanks Again!

You get the feel after a while when your slipping / burning a belt.
Clutch kit helps. Also make sure your doing stuff like you were in low gear.
