YOU CALL THIS NUMBER 1-601-771-0070
ASK FOR TODD
TELL HIM YOU NEED AN MSD FOR AN 09 TERYX
GIVE HIM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER
WAIT FOR BIG BROWN TRUCK
AFTER IT ARRIVES PLUG IT IN AND FORGET ABOUT IT!

BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT HAS THEM PRE PROGRAMED WITH THE MAPS AND YOU DONT HAVE TO ASK QUESTIONS!

These forums are for asking questions. I don't know the answer though. Hopefully somebody does. I went with a MSD but maybe someone knows the answer. The forums shouldn't be just advertisement. Buy from us or no answers.

The Muzzy exhaust is the best, what do you have to adjust you a/f ratio with? Do you have the Muzzy digi tune, if so I have heard almost no feed back on it. Just being straight with you, if you spent the money for the Muzzy and want to get the complete performance out of it, you are going to need the MSD so you can adjust your air and fuel, but the main thing is with the MSD you can raise your speed and rpm limiters and adjust your timing, you can't do any of the later with the digi tune, the MSD more important peformance wise than any bolt on you can put on an 09 and up. will send you a pm.

I got my MSD Charge FI from Hunterworks. Todd had the best price and also one of the best tunes around.
I didn't want to mess w/ welding in an O2 bung and buying an A/F meter, so I'm running his Muzzy tune w/ my Yoshi's and it runs great so far.
If you go to the Hunterworks site, there is a great detailed write up on how to program it. Also look on the MSD site.
I agree about the forum being here to help ppl.
I actually like this forum better than the "other forum" simply because it is all sell sell sell and buy buy buy from the same group of people over and over and over. Basically, if you don't run an '08 w/ Muzzy, MSD, 840bbk, long travel, etc, you ain't shit...
News Flash: Some people actually do come up w/ good ideas on their own...

This is why I never log onto the "other site". That site is a total joke. Most people that are the "regulars" on that site dont have a clue what real off road riding is. They do not realize or can not grasp that there is a huge amount of people that own a sxs and dont ride in sand. We call them trails and those "regulars" would be lost if they had to ride one.

LOL.
I thought I was the only one that felt this way!
Now don't get me wrong, I own my own business, a bar & grill in a college town, & I do what I can to get as much free advertising that I can, ie: facebook, banners, pos things, & understand that sponsoring vendors are a great thing, but as far as I'm concerned, they should keep a majority of the pimping of products to their respective forum discusions. If it was like that, then one could simply read a thread & link to that discussion for product details, rather than 457 different threads about "what battery to use and where to locate it and how to hook it up" or "should I buy a muzzy, or should I buy a muzzy?".
I personally like seeing how people have taken aftermarket products & customized them or modified them to make them even more trick. Must be the Midwest "do it myself" attitude.

Well, sorry for the hi-jack... :soapbox:

Anyways, as to the answer to the initial question of the thread,
You need a new curve programmed into your MSD.
You can either talk a vendor into selling you one or buy an A/F meter, install the software onto a laptop, and have at it yourself...
Maybe your dealer can make some phone calls and round you up a custom map?

OR you can put the stock exhaust back on and sell me your Muzzy, at a considerable savings to me. All kidding aside you will have to buy a MSD that you can program for the Muzzys.

Actually the initial question to this thread was asking for help with the Muzzy Digitune, but the common answer was to buy a MSD with preloaded maps.

And I also agree with the dislike for the "I'm not helping if your not buying" mentality some people have. Along with the posting the s**t out of every stupid little POS trinket you could bolt on a Teryx.

I didn't catch anywhere where he said what specific programmer he had...
Don't know squat about the digitune, sorry.

I'm a member on lots of different forums, from F150, Z28, to D2 football, & I've never seen anything quite like some of these forums... ;)

Wow I haven't seen anything along the lines of "I'm not helping if you're not buying"! I do think that every vendor has a right to help or not help with any issues that may come up. I wouldn't want to associate my name with some equipment that I don't even sell and have somebody runnin round sayin well ole so an so over at whatchacallit said to do this to this digitune and now my shit aint right. I can guarantee you that has happened many times before. I would protect myself and my reputation first and foremost if I was a vendor on this site. I'm not a vendor BTW! There are only a few vendors that post regularly and they all seem to spread their knowledge freely. As for posting all the little extra bolt ons? I'm in favor of it. It lets the people on here know about and possibly purchase before every swinging D gets his hands on one! Once again I'm not a vendor but I do own a business and completely understand. Try callin your local auto mechanic for a diagnostic over the phone and see where that gets you! just my $0.02

I agree also, there is just very few people on here running the digi tune because it only adjust fuel and for a little more you can get the MSD that does every thing, so its hard to find info on it, as far as the venders on here for the most part they have gone out of their way to help me.

Yo Big daddy, if by out of their way you meant that they have lent their knowledge and expertise that most people would usually have to pay for, then I absolutely agree that they have gone out of their way for me as well!

On another note.....when are we going to get together and ride? you don't live all that far from me! Do y'all have any good areas in your neck of the woods?
