I learned about this forum through GlamisDunes.com. I really want a SxS, but the finances and my wife aren't cooperating. I think I have pretty much decided on the Teryx when the time comes. I'm not a post whore, but I will probably read through all of the threads. Thanks.

Hey Pete welcome to the site glad you are going to be a part of it. Where are you from? My wife loves our sxs and our quads as far as that goes. There was a time when that wasn't the case. Get your wife a ride in one and let her drive it then half the work is done.

Hey there, nonetheless it is great to have you with us. You will be quite pleased with the Teryx if and when you ever have the opportunity to own one.

Stop by often and feel free to ask questions...a lot of great people here to help you out!

It is more the finances than my wife. When I say finances, I am talking about the overall picture. I already have a truck (02 Chevy Crewcab 6.0L gas) and a trailer, but the trailer is a regular 5th wheel and not a toyhauler. My wife is a trailer queen and likes camping at state beaches and other locations with full hook ups. She will go out to the desert, but I have to rely on someone else to get my quad out to the dunes or desert if I take my trailer. That problem only gets compounded if/and/or when I add a SxS because we all know it is a disease and I will have to get a different truck with a diesel and then get a toyhauler. In actuality, my wife has given the go ahead for the SxS, but I am trying to be responsible and it is always fun to blame the old lady.

I forgot to answer the question about where I am from. I live in Orange County, California.

Sweet bro and I can only agree on the disease. We started with a 1/2 ton chevy pulling a old camp trialer with a 4trax and pw80 in the bed and a atc 70 stuffed in the trailer. Then a toyhauler and a suburban to pull hte toys. Then more toys and a bigger toyhauler and a diesel. Then a sxs and a dually diesel. Now I want a 5er really bad but need to be responsible lol.
