Many of the engine builders get into this on the brute forces when they run high rpm or long runs. Most of them run the oil level a bit low,..but the engine builders also do a mod when they do the engine. In stock form the crankcase is only vented from the front cylinder. While they have it apart,they drill a new crankvent into the rear one and T them together and that looks after it for the most part. If it is still a problem after that they use a catch can from the vent line of a YFZ450 quad in line there.
