Power steering and brake cylindar

So have ridden my 17 teryx sparingly over the last year but noticed I lost brake pressure first. Tried new calipers bleeding over and over etc but don’t have the pressure to the front brakes it should have when bleeding. Was thinking master cylinder had gone out but then lost power steering. Machine has been sitting for months over the winter. I’m wondering if could be a fuse issue/ or mouse issue( wiring) for either anybody have the location of the fuse for the power steering? And if there’s a fuse associated for master cylinder
