I have an 08 teryx. Fan stopped working so I put the two wires together that run to radiator and the fan turned on. So I ran them wires to a switch and then the breaker kept on kick out so I would reset it and then it would kick right back out. So I put a inline fuse in place of the breaker. The fan would would kick on and then after a couple of minutes it stops working. It has been driving me crazy can get my fan to work. What is the next step I have to take

Check the connections at the thermo switch and the breaker, they have a tendency to come loose, it could be shorting due to a bad connection. Lots of people use a switch to bypass the fan. Todd at Hunterworks also has a kit that does this, as well as an improved fan kit for the 08.

I checked all the connections. I by passed the thermo sensor with a switch and the breaker I by passed with a in line 30 amp fuse. Should I check the relay or what. Been trying to figure this out for 4 months.
