I have an 09 TERYX NRA....I bought it new from a local dealer. I use it for hunting only, no mud riding or joy riding just taking me and my gear to the woods. The only thing that I have done to it is add a windshield. It has made a clunking noise @ the rear since I bought it. It appears to me that the pinion gear has to much play in it. When the trail gets rough....my foot tends to bounce on the gas, causing it to clunk. This is driving me crazy!!! It is at the dealer now....and like before he is saying that there is nothing wrong with it. Do they all do this? What can I do to stop this noise? THANKS for the help. Scott

People have used blocks under the foot, stiffer springs and pedal extensions to stop the pedal bounce part of it.

I think what you're describing is normal, or at least I hope so because mine has done the same when you get off and on the gas. All at slow speeds though.
