Ok I am being lazy, therefore thought I would just post this.

There appears to be a sensor on the radiator, what exactly does it do? Is it what is telling the fan to come on?

Yes, I know I could look it up...but I figured someone in the future is going to have the same question.

Mainly I am asking cause I just changed out my radiator, however, the fan does not want to kick on...red light on the dash is coming on, just no fan!

That is the temp probe that turns the fan on/off.

That is what I thought...I wonder if it matters what wire is attached where on it?

Hey Diesek accirdubg ti my local dealer it doesn't matter which wire goes where. I had the problem blowing the fan relay and they said it was common for these wires to need to be pushed back on tight.
