Im sure most of you know about the dune tour, Dune Tour | Sand Addiction Magazine

"UTV Mayhem II" will be premiering on a big screen in the south dunes and in Glamis. It will be drive in style so you can pull up in your sideXside, quad, buggy, etc. should be a great time. Hope to see everyone there.

First Stop
Oct 17th - 19th 2008 Dune Buggy Flats in the South Dunes of the ISDRA

Second Stop
March 20th-22nd Vendor’s Flats Glamis, CA

** They will also be raffling off two fully customized Polaris RZRs at this event! **

So the event was a lot of fun, Blake (producer of the UTV Mayhem video series) really took care of us, free food, drinks, etc)

Ran the Teryx some to break in the new 840cc motor, but nothing too crazy (never driven a side x side in the dunes so I was trying to get used to it and the guys I went with are incredible drivers, therefore, much faster than what I could have done at the time)

Anyhow, long story short, I managed to blow the belt doing a 3/4 throttle run down sand highway, therefore, that was it for me.

Did I miss a thread about the upcoming Dune Tour next week?

Last time was a blast Dp! We rode you hard an put you away wet lol

It was fun watching Mayhem2 on the big screen! This next one should be a huge turn out in Glamis! I will be there with no UTV! I have two builds going at this time and they are not ready:mad:





We owned the place! I have rare footage of Dp lol, maybe we can leake it in a NSFW forum lol. :wave:

We will be there for this one coming up. Camping in Wash 10 getting to the dunes on Wednesday and staying through until Sunday. Should be a good time.

We will have a huge crew of UTV's at Wash 6,,20 plus rigs, look for my car parked next to my motorhome. We will have rides going off all week.

So far the Cat does pretty good, I have not raced Dp's Terxy yet.

Motor is only one thing, driver is another...so with that said, Rick is a pretty darn good driver, so even if my machine is faster, I think Rick could beat me.

Seat time brother, I have had my Rhino for 3 plus years. Your Rhino killer is still pretty new to you Dp.

I guess it really depends on what you like to ride. A lot of stuff going on it the dunes, never hurts to give it a try :good:
