Man my speedo on my 09 goes nuts every once in a while ..say im doig 50 plus and my ride goes into rev limiter..up and down up and down..effer wont run over 51 so the bitch boggs even when i m creepin,,,???? any ideas?? most of the time it is fine??? wtf?

I believe HW has a trick the speedo fix, fakes the sensor into thinking it's going slower.

Sounds like speed sensor is bad but that is a guess, a good guess but a guess none the less.
Thinking about it, I would say the speed sensor because the wire coming from it Tees off it, one going to speedo and one to ECU so if it is reading a weird number and it is hitting speed limiter that means the signal is wrong before it gets to the Tee.
A speed sensor is about $60 to $70.
Hate to troubleshoot with parts though.
There is a way to test it but I am at home and don't have manual.
