Hey all my fan on my radiator no longer turns on and I’m now getting temp alerts on my display. So I’ve decided that I would like to run the positive straight to the battery and I’m hoping someone has knowledge of which wire is which and what size fuse do I need to use. Thanks so much in advance!

Have you tried to identify why? Before you cut the plugs I would recommend; disconnect temp sensor and see if fan turns on with key on. If the fan comes on then I would swap the temp sensor and if the fan doesnt come on, 2. disconnect the fan plug and run12 volts with a 20amp fuse to I believe the blue wire and ground to the black wire to verify the fan works. If the fan turns on, 3.then while temp sensor is disconnected try swapping out a relay.

The Teryx I purchased previous owner wired the fan directly and it was a PITA in my opinion so I fixed the issue and wired it back so its automatic..
