Top speed

I’ve got a new to me 2014 teryx 4 800 with 2100 miles on it. It will only reach a top speed of 32 mph in high. I replaced the drive belt and cleaned everything up. Seems to launch better but top speed hasn’t changed. Motor seems to run fine. What else should a guy be looking at.
