There have been lots of rumors in the past month about reorganization, selling to Giant RV, etc but it appears that They didn't make it, read the thread over at RV.net

RV.Net Open Roads Forum: Toy Haulers: Warrior's assets siezed

So much for their great warranty...

Glad I own a Thor product, although with all the fallout in the RV industry with high fuel prices, and recession worries who is to say they'll make it either ...

Its funny I notice more people keeping their older th and just upgrading things on it. Our local dealer isn't even ordering any new toyhaulers and can't sell what is on the lot. I want a new 5'er in a bad way but will hold on to my gearbox for a while longer.

Yeah we have the Tahoe TranSport 33TB 5'er. We "remodeled" our bathroom, with new hardboard tile look walls, and a new porcelain throne :) We still need to fix a soft spot on the floor near the back door common in these models and I want to upgrade the vinyl and put e track in instead of the stupid d rings. I also want to add another gray water tank and another fresh water so I can get my capacities up just a bit more.

I am getting ready to do a flat screen tv/dvd combo. I just upgraded all the tires to e rated. The stereo will be next. It is a lot cheaper than a new th though.

My trailer actually came with E rated LT tires and they lasted me 4 years before one of them shredded in the desert highways of Eastern Oregon. I put on some Toyo ribs that look very beefy.

I'd like a flat panel i nthe trailer too, we have an old 19" tube job we take with us now and it's a pain to say the least. I keep waiting for the 37" flat panels to come down more in price and I will grab one of them.
