I just had the coolant line going from the thermostat to the rear cylinder head come loose. There is a bolt to keep it tight that was gone and the hard line popped out. Easy fix when you guys have your covers over make sure it is tight!

Front diff seal where drive shaft connects happened twice so far and rear engine seal twice also. Only overheats when mud over radiator so I got smart and bought a super soaker water gun and I can clean it anytime on the trail. Overall Im very pleased with mine 1800 hard miles and still counting!!!!!!

I wonder if mine is acting up. lights look a bit dim and even the neutral lights lightly pulsates when it idles. Maybe I got a bad battery from the start. And maybe I should look at the hose clamps too since there is an odd amount of people with this problem.

Mine has been extremely good to me drive it like I stole it. 1300 miles .Just changed front brake pads and upper arm bushings. $50 and about 1 hour. Not bad by no means. I bought a belt . Didn't change because it didn't need it, so its on the shelf. I would say they are reliable and from my last heap polaris 850xp ,working on it more than driving it ,thank god.

My fuel pump goes out every few months. Kawasaki dealership checked it out and concluded its the machine not the fuel. $600.00 every few months gets expensive. When I called Kawa. Corp. they were just rude and uncaring. I even told them I had their people check it out. He said "Its not OUR people!" So they don't even support there dealers how can I expect any support from them...

Ive had cv joint/boot problems. Overheated once at LBL from mud in the radiator. It is a stock 09 sport. Thats really it. :D. I did have to replace both cylinder heads because of a bad filter oil. Took over two months to get it back but just make sure you have good filter and right oil. Kawasaki needs a new place for the filter. Sorry air filter.
